Governance
The Charity is run by a board of up to ten trustees, who meet quarterly to formulate policy and strategy.
The governing body comprises two ex-officio trustees:
The Master
is the Regius Professor of Medicine at Oxford University. The position is currently vacant.
The Rector of Benson with Ewelme
Rev Dr Patrick Gilday is the current incumbent
in addition to the above, there may be up to 8 co-opted trustees who have skills and professional expertise that chime with the objects of the Charity. Currently these are:

The Trustees are supported by:
THE TRUST MANAGER, Angharad Saunders, who is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Charity and its strategic development.
THE CHAPLAIN looks after the pastoral needs of our residents.
THE WARDEN, Sam Cunningham, who is responsible for the wellbeing of our residents.
THE RECEIVER, who manages the Charity’s land and estates. Andrew Robson, a Chartered Surveyor with Sidleys, undertakes this role for the Charity.
